Looking for a flavorful and creamy dip with a kick? This avocado and jalapeño dip combines the smooth flavor of avocado with the tangy flavor of pickled jalapeños and fresh lime juice. Perfect to serve with your favorite chips or as a side dish for tacos and barbecue.

Ingredients:

  • 1 block (about 225 g) cream cheese
  • 1.5 dl sour cream
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 can (approx. 280 g) pickled jalapeños
  • The juice from 2 limes
  • ½ bunch fresh coriander
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • ½ tbsp garlic powder
  • ½ tbsp chicken bouillon powder
  • Your favorite chips for serving

Do this:

  1. Prepare your Setavo Blender and make sure it is clean and ready to use.
  2. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, avocado, jalapeños (including some of the stalk), lime juice, cilantro, black pepper, garlic powder, and chicken stock powder to the blender container.
  3. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until the dip is completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
  5. Pour the dip into a serving bowl and refrigerate for 15 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  6. Serve with your favorite chips and enjoy this flavorful dip.
