This blueberry ice cream with cottage cheese is not only creamy and delicious, but also full of protein and natural sweetness. With just three ingredients – cottage cheese, blueberries and honey – you can create a healthier ice cream in just a few hours. Perfect as a snack, dessert or when you want to treat yourself to something delicious but healthy. Ingredients:

  • 250 g cottage cheese (0%)

  • 1.5 dl fresh or frozen blueberries (or as much as you like!)

  • 1–2 tbsp honey (adjust according to how sweet you want it)


Do this:

  1. Add the cottage cheese, blueberries and honey to your Setavo Mixer . Blend until you get a smooth and fluffy batter (a few small grains from the cottage cheese are perfectly fine and give extra texture!).

  2. Pour the batter into a bowl or box.

  3. Place in the freezer for about 2 hours, until it has a lovely ice cream-like consistency.

  4. Take out, stir a little and enjoy straight from the bowl – creamy and fresh with a touch of sweetness!
